Lemuria Property Management and Sales LLC has been managing vacation homes since 2005.

We take pride on the homes we manage and treat them as we would our own. Our management is complete from initial check-in to final check-out, making sure along the way that the home is kept in pristine condition.

One of our goals is to rent our vacation properties as much as there is demand in the area. To accomplish this goal we monitor the market and do frequent checks to revise our rental rates to match the supply and demand.
