Its mission is to excel offering real estate tools, Property Management services and rental information in Washington State and Costa Rica.

LEMURIA's name was inspired from the lost world of LEMURIA. Physically, it is believed that Lemuria existed largely in the Southern Pacific, between North America and Asia/Australia. It is only to be found by those who are courageous enough tosuspend the illusion, the physical illusion, and to cross over the bridge of belief into the real. Once the bridge is crossed, you may see the place as some have described: "With waters bluer than any blue. An aquamarine blue, midnight, steely, or a soft turquoise blue; all kinds of blues, motley shades changing during the day. Along the shore would be the most beautiful sandy beaches. The sand was an almost white sand, a glistening and sparkling sand". The idea of finding a place as magical as Lemuria to establish your vacation or primary home, is the main inspiration of its name. LEMURIA is a land that imagination forgot.

Her motivation to change careers came after several successful investments in real estate in Washington and Florida. She started her own real estate company LEMURIA Real Estate to achieve that objective. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has represented several clients and friends purchasing first homes, townhomes, condominiums and investment properties. Likewise, her representation has extended to listing homes with great success in Seattle. Internationally, she has a Real Estate representation in Costa Rica. Her experience in the Costa Rican Real Estate market allows her to actively market, sell and purchase properties for clients and community developments - Hacienda Pinilla being one of the most well known and reputable developments in Costa Rica.Her specialization is focused mainly in the Property Management of Residential, Vacation Homes and Commercial Properties.
